Ann's parents enjoyed playing with the children and watching how they interacted with each other and the program. This was a great way to end the week!
Mrs. Hunt was keen to paint with the children, so she created a butterfly activity. After the children selected and squirted painted onto paper, the paper was folded and rubbed. Then, abracadabra was said and the paper opened. Together they marvelled at the wonderous results. Two class sets of unqiue butterflies were created: BEAUTIFUL!!
Mr. Hunt wandered down memory lane as he unpacked the wooden trucks he made Ann's children during the past twelve years. There were so many, and the children LOVED playing with them and the other treasures tucked along with them (Little Pet Shop animals, alphabet blocks, and even some Hot Wheel pieces). Children from both the morning and afternoon classes requested, "Could you leave the trucks and toys at JK for another day?" Shahmir explained, "They are so fun to play with!" How could Ann refuse! The toys will be there on Monday.
